I had an amazing experience at this resort! The staff, especially Roberto and Patty, went above and beyond to ensure my wedding party was happy. The stunning mountain location provided peace and calm, making it a perfect getaway. However, I was disappointed with the standard cabin we booked; it was not as clean or cozy as we expected. Overall, the hospitality and activities offered truly made the trip enjoyable.

Our family vacation here was nothing short of magical! The staff was incredible and truly treated us like royalty, especially our little one. The variety of activities was amazing, from horseback riding to kayaking in a beautiful lake setting. We stayed in a perfect room with its own jacuzzi, but the dining experience could use some improvement, as we waited a bit longer than expected at times. Overall, it was a wonderful getaway with a tranquil atmosphere.

My stay at Sierra Lago Resort was incredibly memorable, marked by stunning mountain scenery and a wealth of activities to enjoy.
